Associate Director for Fellowships and Academic Programs

The position is part of the Director’s senior leadership team and contributes to strategic planning.

The position is responsible for oversight, planning and execution of fellowship and related research and academic programs, including managing a team of two. The position oversees the registration for all CHS programs; designs and executes new and existing programs, including academic and outreach events; serves as the principal contact for the CHS fellowship and visiting researcher programs; and serves as a liaison to external constituencies and collaborators. The position reviews and analyzes procedures and policies; assesses outcomes and implements changes; works independently with minimal supervision in a work environment of multiple and conflicting priorities; and anticipates and resolves problems.

Lead Line Cook/Chef de Partie

This position will be responsible for assisting the Chef in all duties associated with the operation of the kitchen at the Center for Hellenic Studies. The kitchen is tasked with providing dining services for lunch in the dining room, food and amenities for guest rooms and special events as needed.
