CHS Online Open House | Achilles and Aeneas ‘beyond fate’: An exploration of Iliad 20 and the Multiformity of the Iliad, with Casey Dué


Casey Dué of University of Houston will join the CHS community for an Online Open House discussion about multiformity of the Iliad with special focus on Iliad 20 on Thursday, May 3, at 11:00 a.m. EDT.

Casey Dué

Casey Dué is Professor of Classical Studies at the University of Houston. She holds a B.A. in Classics from Brown University, and an M.A. and Ph.D in Classical Philology from Harvard University. Her teaching and research interests include ancient Greek oral traditions, Homeric poetry, Greek tragedy, and textual criticism.
Her latest book, Achilles Unbound, is forthcoming as part of the Hellenic Studies in Fall 2018.
