The sacred and ancient tradition of the Delphic Games, uniquely celebrating the Delphic Ideal of art, music, myth, dance, poetry, song, philosophy, theater and sport, will be revitalized again in its modern renewal by The Committee for the Reinstatement of the Delphic Games.
The Isadora Duncan International Institue, INC., The Ecumenical Delphic Union, and The Center for Hellenic Studies present a preview for the Festival of the Delphic Games, 2021 with Founding Chair, Jeanne Bresciani, Ph.D., Co-Chair Zoie Lafis, Executive Director, Center for Hellenic Studies & the Honorable Paniotis Kaltsis, Former Mayor to Delphi.
This preview will be a practicum for bringing forth five days of world-class lectures, intensive workshops, leadership initiatives, round-table discussions and performances, held on the mythical, archaeological grounds of Mount Parnassus, led by renowned scholars, artists and sports specialists on the convergence of the manifold arts, inspired by the venerable tradition of The Delphic Games in the sacred landscape of Delphi.
