Reading Greek Tragedy Online
Season 3, Episode 4
On Wednesday, December 1 at 3:00-4:30pm EST, join us for a reading and discussion of The Laodamiad, hosted by Joel Christensen (Brandeis University) with guest speaker Erika Weiberg (Duke University). The Laodamiad is a play by Chas LiBretto inspired by the lost tragedy of Euripides, Protesilaus. Directed by Hunter Bird, the reading features Jessie Cannizzaro, Tamieka Chavis, Damian Jermaine Thompson, and René Thornton Jr. The musical score composed by Kim Sherman will be played by Bettina Joy de Guzman.
