Nafplio, Argos and Mycenea: Travel-study, Leg 1

Janet M. Ozsolak, a member of the Hour 25 and Kleos@CHS editorial team, had the opportunity to travel to Greece along with Harvard Alumni Association’s travel-study program led by Gregory Nagy. In a recent posting on Hour 25, Janet Ozsolak shares her impressions from her visit to Nafplio, Argos and Mycenea and photos from her travels.

Hour 25 is a multigenerational and international online community that features resources and open source content, such as primary texts, conversations and research by scholars, self-study and small-group learning materials, and so on.

Drawing on the massive open online content (MOOC) known as HeroesX and in a collaborative partnership with the Center for Hellenic Studies, Hour 25 offers readers and scholars access to an evolving, informed conversation about ancient Greek literature that is based upon close reading and thoughtful dialogue.
