The Center for Hellenic Studies in Greece will is sponsoring two museum internships for Harvard students this summer.
Both internships will be offered remotely this year and their duration is five weeks. The deadline for applications is April 1, 2021.
The Museum of Cycladic Art Internship
Eligibility: Harvard College or Graduate students (one position)
Dates: May 31–July 2
The intern will work remotely helping in the preparation of the Museum’s next temporary exhibition entitled “Kállos” and the accompanying catalogue.
The Basil & Elise Goulandris Foundation Museum Internship
Eligibility: Harvard Graduate students (one position)
Dates: June 27–July 31
The intern will work remotely for a modern art museum and will be presented with the option to work on one of the two following projects:
- New opportunities for inclusive teaching practices for a wider audience around any issue affecting accessibility,
- A virtual tour increasing audience engagement and ensuring long-term relevance and sustainability of the Museum’s collection.
