Welcoming the Meière Mosaics to the CHS

On Saturday, April 26, 2014 the Art Deco Murals of Hildreth Meière were in the spotlight. Eric Shimelonis, an award-winning composer, conductor and multi-instrumentalist, inspired by the two art deco mosaic panels by Hildreth Meière and the story behind them, composed an original piece to celebrate their installation at the Center for Hellenic Studies in D.C.
